RCMP have released the identity of a man beaten to death a week ago
Added on: 2012-02-22 11:55:21AN UPDATE ON THE DAWSON CREEK HOMICIDE JUST OVER A WEEK AGO. DAWSON CREEK RCMP HAVE RELEASED THE IDENTITY OF THE MALE VICTIM WHO DIED AT THE ENCANA EVENTS CENTRE ON FEB 14TH, AFTER BEING ASSAULTED BY A GROUP OF MALES.
An update on the Dawson Creek homicide just over a week ago. Dawson Creek RCMP have released the identity of the male victim who died at the Encana Events centre on Feb 14th, after being assaulted by a group of males. 28 year old, Jason Patrick Foster, was attending a local concert when he and a friend were assaulted by three males. The assault continued into the men's washroom where the fight was intervened and broken up by a fellow concert attendee. Foster was found unconscious and later died from his injuries in the hospital. The three suspects had been arrested and have since been released, charges are pending as the investigation continues. Dawson Creek RCMP are asking anyone with any information to please contact them.
