An Edmonton-native, Mike's move to Chetwynd signals a change in career paths. He spent three years in the print industry as a freelancer before deciding to switch media to radio. Ultimately, it was listening to Rod Phillips call the Oilers that led to the change. In his off-time, he plays guitar, reads and writes books, and reads all things sports.
